This Workshop Series offers women the opportunity for career exploration and teaches you how to get started and prepare for the process of becoming a firefighter.

Session 1- Overview - September 16th

• Overview and general information to get you started.

Session 2 - Thursday, October 29th, 6-8pm

• The importance of a great resume
• Written Exam-Guest speaker La Sauna Pakeman
• What is the FCTC exam? Information and tips to help you be successful on the FCTC Exam
• CPAT Overview

Session 3 - Tuesday, December 8th, 6-8pm

• Oral Interview
• How to prepare & types of questions
• Interview Do’s and Dont’s
• Background Check
• Medical
