The Women in Construction Stewardship Series continues with an evening reception on June 23, 2022 from 4:30-6:30pm at Turner Construction in Reston, VA. Light refreshments provided.
4:30-5:15pm: Check in and Networking (indoor/outdoor space)
5:15pm: Presentation:Why Respect at Work Matters
Employee engagement and mutual respect can make or break a team or workplace. Hear why respect at work matters and how it can impact overall profitability and success.

6-6:30pm: More mingling (fun outdoor games included)

Please register in advance as space is limited. Tickets are $20 and will support WIC's mission of advancing women in the build industry.
RSVP by June 17. A calendar invite will be sent out the week of the event to all confirmed attendees.
Note for WIC Mentors/Mentees: This event will also serve as the WIC Mentorship Committee's first in-person gathering of 2022. So come and meet your fellow mentors/mentees in person. You never know who you might hit it off with!

The intent and goal of Women in Construction, Inc is to help women in architecture, engineering, construction, the trades, real estate, lawyers, and consultants build skills and develop relationships that will help both their firms and themselves in their continued success. To fulfill the organization's purpose, the group organizes an annual conference dedicated to empowering women in the industry.
