Women Empowerment and Tribute to Ms. Classic Universe - Dr. Renee Reynolds Lawson h.c.

The 1st Annual event to honor trailblazer Dr. Renee Reynolds Lawson, Ms. Classic Universe 2021-2022. This event will serve as a catalyst to transfer Dr. Lawson’s knowledge and empowerment to women of all walks-of-life who are seeking tools and connections to live their best life every step of the way. In addition, the Dr. Renee Reynolds Domestic Violence Awareness Annual Summit will be initiated.

Dr. Renee Reynolds Lawson h.c. was a victim turned victor of domestic abuse as well as an ambassador for Women Against Human and Sex Trafficking. Her commitment to WAHTPhilly was to provide education and awareness around domestic violence, rape, sexual abuse, and sex and human trafficking at public events. We agreed that, "Until females of all ages are taught how to prevent themselves from falling victim to these life-threatening egregious acts against them, we will continue to be victimized in huge numbers around the world." This event will offer current information and resources on how to protect females from being a victim of violence, as well as offer confidence and self-esteem building techniques that are useful in daily life regardless of your age.

In addition, we are requesting that females who have overcome huge obstacles but continued seeking out their dreams regardless, to share their stories. We know that it is difficult to get help when you need it the most. We know that people you assume will support your initiatives, will not. We know that there are many lonely days and nights that you want to give-up, but there is something inside you that says, "Don't quit. Keep going." A true renaissance woman, Jillian Bullock (Martial Arts - Black Belt, motivational speaker, trained boxer, fitness expert, film producer) is partnering with Women Against Human Trafficking to offer classes to women designed to help protect themselves from violence. In this spirit, jointly we will offer two classes for a fee; dates to be determined: 1) The Fierce Functional Fitness Class for Females (in-person class) which focuses on mental and physical fitness techniques to prepare females to stay ready to protect themselves, and 2) 100 Red Flag Warnings That Prevent Women From Becoming A Victim In Today’s World (International online class).

Jillian says, "I refuse to be a victim. I had a lot of bad things happen to me early in life. I had to continue to get back up and fight for my life." At this event, she will share some of the techniques she implemented to overcome huge obstacles in order to achieve her goals, as well as share more information about the aforementioned classes.

Too many females (all over the world) feel stuck in a dire situation based on the environment they were raised in or forced into as an adult due to dire circumstances. Regardless of your life until now, it is when you “decide” that you have had enough, and you BELIEVE that you deserve to live your ‘best life’ sooner than later. To get into this head-space and stay there, you will need a support system.

Setting goals and objectives is just the beginning of moving toward your vision; your happy place. As creator and facilitator of the First Annual Legacy and Empowerment Virtual Event, I am going to share six steps that each of us (regardless of your age) need to master in order to pivot and move towards reaching a happy place in a timely fashion.
