Modern History’s Greatest Activists and the Movements They Shaped

Join us for lunch! Editors Kathryn Kish Sklar and Thomas Dublin will highlight the new Women and Social Movements Library resource and its collections, including the most recent database, Women and Social Movements in Modern Empires, just completed by an international team of almost 50 editors, and an Online Biographical Dictionary that is drawing on the crowdsourcing of more than 3,000 biographical sketches of grass-roots suffragists in the United States. They will conclude their presentation by introducing Women and Social Movements in the United States new editors, Rebecca Plant and Judy Tzu-Chun Wu.

And, you will learn about just some of the Women's History resources from ProQuest, including the latest History Vault release, The Margaret Sanger Papers.
