Why do women negotiate less than men? How do stereotypes and unconscious bias conspire to make negotiation a dangerous proposition for women? And more importantly, how can these be overcome - by individual women and their male and female managers? What are some of the basics of good negotiation (for anyone - male or female)? And are there any special tips to help make women more effective negotiators? During the session, these questions (and more) will be explored and addressed.
