Description

Authentic Leadership : Vision, Values, Influence

Join us for a MIND-SHIFTING Experience!

What does it mean to be Authentic?

Our courageous journeys towards acceptance and self-love are often riddled with resistance, fight, loss, change and ultimately, the hope for celebration of personal and shared victories. Our authenticity therefore, partly identifies with that struggle, trying to give a voice to the unvoiced and plowing through fields of judgment. But what would happen if we allowed ourselves to look beyond what society is infusing into our identity? If we gave space to be who we really are by letting go of internal and external expectation? What shifts when we live and lead from our hearts, with compassion and connection? What happens if we own the courage we possess, manifesting that strength for our own growth and in turn inspired others to do the same?

Packed with joy and self-development, you will:

  • Experience the famous ELI-assessment Forbes recommends to all leaders brought to you by a Certified Master Practitioner

  • Bring out your own leadership vision of who YOU authentically are, both personally and professionally

  • Deeply explore and address your attitudes, perceptions and behaviors. Dive into what blocks you, what inspires you and how that all affects your personal and professional success

  • Take charge of Communication and Success to influence, motivate and inspire yourself and others into positive action leading to results that last

  • Collaborate with other leaders & get support from a professional coach team
