The WomanUp Initiatives Tea and Hat Awards Party was created to embrace, uplift and support women in business and the community. This is our 4th year of the Tea, where we honor 8-10 local woman, have exciting speakers, entertainment, a spectacular brunch, and vendors; all while raising money for a local charity.

Once you have attended the WomanUp Initiatives Tea and Hat Awards Party, you will continue to come back every year. It has been hailed by our attendees, honoree and vendors, as one of the best and unique tea party in our region.

We focus on gaining the attention of multi-cultural woman from the Philadelphia region who are interested in enjoying an afternoon of women's empowerment, networking, celebrating our dedicated honorees, supporting our charity of choice, and appreciating our community.
