Ever since the first lonely Jew ordered Chinese take-out on Christmas, there has been an undeniable bond between Jews and Asians.
This Christmas Eve, we want to wipe away those lonely tears and celebrate our combined heritage at Woks and Lox, a Jewish and Chinese Christmas.
Woks and Lox is throwing the second Jewish-Chinese dinner and nosh party prepared by our pioneering chef Chichi Wang on Monday, December 24th, at the Queens Kickshaw in Astoria, Queens.
But it doesn’t stop at food – while we kick it at the Kickshaw, we’ll have a Chinese auction, ladies playing Mah Jong, a Bar Mitzvah-esque partying, and lots more Jewish and Asian-inspired fun.
