WOA 2019 Winter Conference

The Wyoming Optometric Association would like to invite you to attend the 2019 Winter Conference in Cheyenne. Come participate in a legislative day, learn from experts, attain CE credits, and network with your peers.

Thursday, January 31st- Join us at 12:00pm to get updated on legislative issues and then take a trip to the Capitol to speak to your legislator. The WOA Legislative Reception will begin at 6:00pm.

Friday, February 1st- Don't miss the Annual WOA Awards Luncheon sponsored by OOGP. (Guests welcome- $15)

The Winter Conference will be held at Little America Hotel, Cheyenne, WY. Discounted rooms are available:

Deluxe Room: $104.00 per night (plus tax).

Preferred Room: $124.00 per night (plus tax)

Executive Room: $239.00 per night (plus tax)

Reservations must be made by January 14, 2019 in order to receive the discounted rate.

The CE this year is 9 hours of advanced optometric procedures, gluacoma, and prescribing oral steroids/antifungals.

The Para-Optometric's are finalizing their agenda and so far it includes frame styling, selling skills, toubleshooting, computer vison syndrome, child's play, eye diseases, Medicaid update.
