WLFS Clubs Programme: Trinity Term 2018

This is the registration for the WLFS extra-curricular programme and after-school clubs. This programme includes locally sourced external providers who have been delivering high-quality programmes to schools and the local community for many years.

Pupils who are currently enrolled in a club and have over 70% attendance will have already been offered the chance to continue the same club next term, and those who have responded have been pre-registered. Pupils who have under 70% attendance will not be reserved a space in the same club next term and will need to apply for replacement clubs. It is vital that if a pupil cannot attend a club session, an email is sent to clubs@wlfs.org in order that their attendance is not affected

Registration begins on Thursday 29th March at 7:30pm. Please press 'Register' to choose your clubs. Please make sure you use your child's name and form group are in the registration.

Places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For over-subscribed clubs, pupils can register on a waiting list here. This will record requests in date/time order and, if a place becomes available in a club, the next on the waiting list will be given the opportunity of joining that club.

The sports squads will been chosen after trials carried out by the PE and Sports Department. Pupils chosen for squads will be expected to train at the given times. Pupils cannot enrol for clubs that clash with squad training. If a pupil is included in a squad, they must attend all training sessions and be fully committed to playing in fixtures.

Clubs enrich all aspects of school life, from the academic to the physical and social, and pupils are encouraged to take full advantage of the wide range of activities on offer.
