WIZARD FEST

This is a family friendly event that is suitable for all ages, whether you have always been a fan or you are just along for the ride this is an amazing experience! A magical event put on by fans of the great wizard and witch books/movies that is meant to bring fans together and give wizards the chance to enjoy community in this immersive environment. Wizard Fest will give you the feeling that you stepped into the Wizarding World!

Your Letter Has Arrived

Did your Owl get lost with your Wizarding School letter? Well wait no longer- your chance to visit Wizard School has arrived.

YOUR EVENT OVERVIEW

Study Magic in this immersive experience. Attend classes including Charms, Potions, Care of Magical Creatures, & Herbology! Visit "Wizard Alley" where you can shop for all your wizard merchandise! Have lunch, dinner, or a snack at "The Cauldron" featuring a Special Themed Dining Menu! Enjoy a Themed Drink like Butterbeer, Poly Juice Potion, and more at The Cauldron Bar serving both First Year Potions and Advanced Potions. Don't miss out on this magical experience!

Classes (included with ticket)
During your time at Wizard Fest you will have the opportunity to attend special classes that will help you to sharpen your Wizard skills! Class instructions (Charms, Potions, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Care of Magical Creatures, & Herbology) are included with your Wizard or VIP pass! *See our website for more details on our class overview. There will also be a limited number of Divination Private Readings available to purchase at the event!

Activities (included with ticket)
Witches & Wizards will have the opportunity to play for their house at Wizard Trivia in a race for the house cup, take tons of pictures with Special Photo Opts and props, and interact with Characters straight from the book/movie! Plus learn the proper way to fly a broom and participate in a broom race at Flying Lessons! Wizards are encouraged to dress up- we will be hosting a Costume Contest!

Vendors (cash, credit accepted by most vendors)
Don’t worry if you don’t have everything for Wizard school, our “Wizard Alley” will be full of vendor shops for you to purchase your wands, HP merch, and more!

Dining (a la carte- cash or credit accepted)
Be sure to save room- we will be having a Special Themed Menu for you to purchase throughout the event including Roasted Phoenix, Hogsmeade Sausage, and much more! Plus a variety of sweets and treats available including Chocolate Frogs and Butterbeer available served in a special Mug to take home!

Parking: Free Event Parking is available, please follow signs for the event when you enter the Mall complex.

Costume/Attire: We are encouraging guests to come dressed for the occasion, costumes are encouraged but not required. A costume contest will be held at the event, so get creative- we can't wait to see all the students, professors, and other characters come to life from the Wizarding World!

Tickets: All guests must present a valid ticket to enter event. Ticket(s) for Wizard Fest purchased are non refundable and non transferable. In order to make check in as quick and easy as possible please have your tickets ready and out when you arrive to the event check in area. Please follow signs and our 'House Elves' instructions when checking in to event. Tickets will have a time of admittance on them so guests can enjoy the event to its fullest and not have to wait in long lines, this was designed with our guests in mind so please take care to notice the time on your tickets as you will not be admitted prior to your purchased ticket time however you may check in anytime during your ticketed time slot that you purchased!

Checking In: A valid ticket with scannable QR code is required by all guests to enter event. It is recommended to print a paper ticket to prevent any technology complications which would prevent your ticket from displaying on your phone. There is no guest list. Each ticket must be scanned. You may check in anytime during your ticketed time slot- your ticket indicates the "Doors Open" time.

Child Ticket: YES, unless they are under the age of 2. Those under the age of 2 will NOT receive the special event bag, map, or any other items that ticketed guests receive with paid admission, if you would like them to receive “Wizard Fest” event paid admission items then you will need to purchase a ticket for them. All minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

Food/Beverage/Bags: Security reserves the right to inspect all bags and persons. Absolutely NO outside food or beverage may be brought into the event.
