About the Presenter:

Lisa Cutter earned a B.S. in marketing from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Cutter’s career experience includes working as a public relations consultant with the firm she founded, Cutter Communications. She served as a chair for the Women's Bean Project Board of Directors, which describes itself as, “a nonprofit organization with the mission to change women’s lives by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise.” Cutter was elected to serve as the Representative for Colorado House District 25.

Women in Sustainability:

Women in Sustainability (WIS) is an inclusive social and environmental justice nonprofit dedicated to caring for the people that CARE for the planet through Community, Advocacy, Resources and Education to create a sustainable and equitable future through the feminist viewpoint and leadership. WIS strives to create a safe space for like-minded and diverse individuals to create purposeful connections and conversations. All are welcome in this community.

We encourage our members to challenge the status quo and each other's views, however, we focus on this with civil discourse and positivity.
