Meet the Panelists:

Denise Hemke, Vice President, Analytics Product Management & Strategy at Workday

As Vice President of Analytics Strategy & Product Management, Denise Hemke focuses on analytics across Workday including both core reporting capabilities and Prism Analytics. Denise has been building enterprise products for the last 18 years in a variety of different industries. Most recently, she came to Workday via the Platfora acquisition where she was building an end-to-end BI platform that enabled self-service access for business analysts at petabyte scale data. Prior to that, Denise was in Development at Salesforce, HSBC, and AT&T.

Nancy Weitl, Senior Director, Recruiting Product Management at Workday

As Senior Director of Recruiting Product Management, Nancy Weitl focuses on Workday talent acquisition product that includes the recruiter, hiring manager, high volume and candidate experiences. Nancy has been building Human Capital Management enterprise products for the last 20 years for medium and large organizations. Nancy joined Workday over 11 years ago, and has previous product management experience at PeopleSoft and Oracle (via acquisition), having built out Recruiting, employee and manager self-service and core Human Resources capabilities. Prior to that, Nancy worked in a functional role as part of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at PeopleSoft.

Subha Shetty, VP/Head of Product at Loop Commerce

Subha is a Vice President and Head of Product at Loop Commerce, a ground-breaking e-commerce company, owned by Synchrony, the world’s largest private label retail credit organization. She is a seasoned Product Leader with 12+ years of E-commerce and Mobile expertise in both big and small companies like eBay, Walmart.com, Upwork and most recently at a startup called Zenfolio, which in the last three years under her leadership as Vice President and Head of Product and Design transformed from an emerging product to the industry’s leading business and commerce platform for professional photographers. Subha is passionate about helping and working with startups and product managers at all levels. She sponsors events for Women-in-Product at Loop Commerce’s downtown Mountain View office, is a mentor to leading start-up accelerators like 500 StartUps and Founders Institute and an active advisor and angel investor. Subha obtained her MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Shweta Goyal, Group Tech Program Manager at Instagram Infrastructure

Shweta Goyal joins us from Instagram where she supports a team of Technical Program Managers building IG’s infra. She has over 10 years of experience as Product Manager, some of those as Enterprise PM while some building consumer facing products. Before joining Instagram, Shweta worked as PM at Intuit where she led the initiative to build company’s centralized data analytics and ML platform. Prior to that, she managed the OpenStack product portfolio @ HPE to help enterprises build on premise private clouds. Before that, Shweta led a critical initiative to re-build payments platform at PayPal to improve customer checkout experience through an API based integration. Shweta started her career at Cisco where she spent a number of years managing both products and engineering teams. She also taught Software Product Management at Product School.

Shweta likes to mentor and coach engineers who are looking to transition into product or management roles. She received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Masters in Computer Science from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s in Computer Science from India.

Fauzia Chaudhry, Product Leader, Advisor, WIP Chapter Lead - SF Bay Area (TriValley)

Fauzia is a seasoned product leader with extensive technical and business experience in product management, marketing technology, data & analytics for both B2B and B2C products. Over the course of her career, she has worked in multi-faceted roles ranging from engineering, marketing tech, and consulting to build enterprise software products. Later on, she transitioned into building personalization platform products for direct-to-consumer companies. Fauzia currently advises companies with their personalization journey (product-led growth). She is extremely passionate about leveraging data and technology to improve the quality of human lives. Fauzia is actively involved in growing the product community via her chapter lead role with Women In Product. In addition, she has been volunteering to promote STEM education and careers for several years.
