Wintering Breathwork Journey

Wintering Breathwork Journey

By Kate Yuoska

Overview

Winter Solstice Ritual, Breath & New Moon Magic!

As the longest night of the year approaches, the Winter Solstice invites us into stillness - a sacred pause before the return of the light. Join me for a grounding Breathwork and Solstice Ritual designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and embrace the gentle magic of this reflective season.

Through conscious, guided breathing, we’ll release what no longer serves us and open space for clarity, calm, and intention. The breath becomes a bridge - between darkness and light, reflection and renewal, letting go and beginning anew. As we drop into deeper layers of presence, we’ll honor the wisdom of this season: a time for reflection, introspection, and nurturing the seeds of growth for the year ahead.

We’ll also honor the solstice with a candle-lighting ritual and meditation, holding space for our intentions, and close our practice with new moon journaling - a quiet moment to capture insights, set intentions, and reflect on the transformation that arises from stillness.

This experience is gentle, fully guided, and accessible to all. Movement is optional; most of the journey takes place in Savasana. All you need to do is show up, relax, and breathe.
