Event Details

We are very pleased and excited to announce the opening of registration for HAM's 5th Annual Winterfest!!!!  As HAM's premier annual event, we bring together our community for a day and a half of education and connection!

LODGING:
We've blocked off rooms especially for us for the night of December 2nd. Rooms are $109.00 plus tax.   Link for reservations - tinyurl.com/hamwf17

We have amazing programming this year --- THANK YOU TO ALL OUR EDUCATORS and SPONSORS!  Attendees, we hope you take advantage of our time together and are present at all meetings and programs!

REGISTRATION CLOSES Nov. 10th at 5:00 PM.

SCHEDULE (Tentative)

FRIDAY -  THANK  YOU VOLUNTEERS!!!  We will have a volunteer appreciation social at 7:00.  If you volunteered for HAM in 2016 or 2017 you and your family are invited to join us for appetizers to show our appreciation for your time and dedication to our organization!  Volunteers will also get their room paid for on Friday night!!  Thank you so much for giving back!!

Exibits are open all day Saturday.  We encourage our industry partners to join us for all meals and programs with the exception of rap sessions.  We encourage all attendees to visit the exibit hall during any breaks or times when programs are not scheduled.

*Kids are defined as ages 6 to 9, Tweens ages 10-12, and Teens 13-18.  Kids are not going to be released from programming except in the care of their parent / guardian.  Please make an appropriate plan with your tweens and young teens as to how they will move about the event.  Additionally, if you have a mature 5 year old, please feel free to send them to the kids program if you feel they will be successful.  Also, if you feel your Tween would be more successful in the kids program, please feel free to place them where you feel appropriate.

Children attending childcae, please bring any special idtems they may like to have including food, toys, and drinks.

If your child, kid, tween or teen has special needs or may require extra attention during any of the programs, please let us know in advance so we can work together to make a plan for your child.  Thank you!
