15 Week Winter Training program, November 18, 2019 - March 1, 2020
Less intense program to build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness.
Join weekly group run workouts with a Half Marathon distance goal race offered at the end.
Marathon training suggestions will also be included, along with specifics for Boston.
