Description

15 Week Winter Training program, November 19, 2018 - March 3, 2019

Less intense program to build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness.
Join weekly group run workouts with a Half Marathon distance goal race offered at the end.
Marathon training suggestions will also be included, along with specifics for Boston.

Groups available in BOULDER, DENVER, LITTLETON, LONGMONT, FORT COLLINS and E. BOULDER CTY
