• Guided Winter Forest 8k Run. A chilled, inclusive trail loop through Hainault Forest. Expect misty air, quiet pathways, and snowy (probably), and those dramatic winter tree silhouettes that make you feel like you're running through a storybook.

• Nature Connection MomentsSmall pauses to breathe, look around, and actually feel the forest — not just run through it.
