Description
Future Club Officers and Leaders,
Experience Excellence at the upcoming Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI). Tailored specifically for Club Officer Training, you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver a fantastic guest experience. We have an in-depth Pathways portion of the session for each officer role.
Agenda
We'll start the day off with a light breakfast from 8 to 8:45am to fuel you're learning, followed by a general opening session. After getting our community together, we'll break out into our 7 different club officer roles to learn the in's and out's. During the officer breakout, you will share your expertise, create a 30-60-90 day plan, do a pathways session customized for your officer position, workshop your biggest club challenges as a group exercise. Excited yet? A complete agenda will be provided in the coming weeks.
Bring a snack with you as we will be ending the session at 1 pm.
Why attend?
When club officers are well-trained to perform their duties, club members are better served. This makes the member experience more positive, which leads to a quality club experience and increased member retention. Without properly trained leaders at every level, districts and clubs cannot meet members' needs or introduce the benefits of Toastmasters to others.
Can't make it?
Try! Last year's TLI sold out with 390 attendees and is an incredibly valuable opportunity to connect with our broader Toastmasters community. You'll put faces to names, develop valuable friendships and learn tips and tricks from veterans that will serve you throughout your Club Officer term. Sure you can't make it? Additional training sessions will be announced in the coming weeks.
