Winter storm Uri Clean-Up - Volunteers Needed!!

About this Event
Calling all volunteers to action!! We are looking for 10-15 volunteers to assist with clean-up for a fellow senior citizen Texan. Scott S. was a dedicated teacher and fellow Texan Jaycee for several years who served his communities and hometown of Houston for many years. Currently, he is retired. Now, it is our turn to help him in his time of need!! During the winter storms that tore through Texas, his entire home burnt down and he lost everything. To give back to him, we will be going as a group to help clean-up his house next Saturday. Clean-up process could include removal of drywall, trash removal, and flooring.

Start Time: 9:30 AM
You can't make it the full time, come for however long you can!
Volunteer Items:
- Working Gloves
- Thick work boots or Rubber boots
- Long pants or shorts
- T-shirt - Volunteer will receive a free volunteer T-Shirt as a thank you
- Any tools - shovels, towels, or wheelbarrows can be brought! It will help speed up the cleaning process.

- KN95 Masks
Every person can give back and this is one way we can to a fellow neighbor in Houston!! Carpool meetup points can be arranged in advance if needed.
