Winter Solstice Potluck

Hey cannayoga fam! Join me for a fun holiday-themed plant medicine session + bonfire event - followed by a group potluck! Bring your favorite Christmas-themed dish or plant medicine to share and celebrate the vibe tribe's monthly potluck event!

My yoga class is curated for all yogis, no matter where you're at in your practice. We will move through mindful movements and gratitude prayers in-between and during your flow.

A brief breathwork practice will take place before our physical asana practice, which will include alternate nostril-breathing and mantras. Cannabis consumption is encouraged at the beginning of the practice.
