This workshop is for you if you could use some time and space to resource yourself in the run up to the busy-ness of midwinter festivities. Gently guided practical embodiment tools to help you connect with yourself, with options for movement, stillness, some tasty spiced winter snacks, zero pressure and no woo.

What's embodiment?

Simply put it's how you do you. It goes deeper than body language or mindfuness to explore habits and patterns. These practices can show you ways to bring more awareness to your state, offer options to take into everyday life beyond the walls of the workshop.

Self care has been a bit of a buzzword recently because it's necessary. But it can be so much more than candles and bubblebaths (though those are pretty nice too!) selfcare can be owning your boundaries, giving yourself space or turning off your phone.

With awaress of the shifting seasons this session will have a decent dose of hygge to help you ride the rest of the festivities feeling resourced.

Led by Emilie, a yoga teacher and embodied movement coach with over 14 years experience.

Session will start promptly. Please bring anything along you need to be comfy, there are chairs and a few yoga mats provided but cushions, blankets and extra cosiness is recommended.

Please let me know if you have any access requirements or allergies.

There will be space for quiet connection with yourself and options for social connection others.

No athletic movement, everything is adaptable to sitting (or even lying down)

On-street parking available but walking to the venue is ideal if possible.

Not recommended if you're going through really big life stuff and counselling or therapy would be a better match for you.
