-The basics of hydroponics for growing Lettuces, Kale, Peppers, and Tomatoes.
-Sprouting Classic & Local Wild microgreens
-Basic Countertop mushroom production on used coffee grounds, tea bags, and shredded paper.
-MicroHerding Crickets, and Darkling Beetle larvae for Human Consumption
-How to tie all of the above into a permaculture system that produces no waste products.
Lunch will be provided featuring Foods Grown by local Artisans
