Tickets for our Dec. 10 winter farm dinner with Chef Dakota of Café Aion are now open ($125 all inclusive).
The tentative menu:
squash, carmilized onions & chevre
Mokum Carrot Soup
Ras el Hanout, crème fraîche & cilantro
Wood fired Pumpkin Gnocchi
chorizo, sage & pecorino
Duck Confit, sausage, white beans & root vegetables
warm apple sauce & crème anglaise
Wine pairings, included with every ticket, will be curated by Will Frischkorn of Cured.
Served in the comfort of our warm farm house next to the fireplace. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Tickets are limited to 25 guests because of the indoor space.
