9:15 Oats, Wheat, and Cover Crops for Grazing (Animal Science farm, Lisa Baxter)

An oat trial and various cover crops for grazing. We will see regrowth of covers after final grazing in the spring

9:45 Alfalfa and clover overseeded into bermudagrass for improved quality.

10:15 Travel to Belflower farm

10:30 Lupin and Rye mixtures within a Summer Crop Rotation (Bill Anderson, Scott Tubbs)

Presentation of Narrow-Leaf Lupin, White Lupin and rye and combinations within a summer rotation of cotton and peanut.

11:00 Carinata as an Oilseed Crop for Industry (Bill Anderson, Chris Bliss)

Numerous variety trials of breeding lines from Agrisoma.

11:30 Travel to Gibbs farm

11:45 Carinata agronomy trials (Dewey Lee, SPARC reps)

12:15 Travel back to Blackshank

12:30 Lunch - Blackshank Farm
