It's that time again! Over the past 6 months we've tried to create the best fitness bootcamp experience for you all and I believe we got it! This 5- week bootcamp will be a 60-minute life changing experience on Saturday mornings. How is it a different experience? Here is what we added (& kept the same):
1. Carefully chosen music to excite you for entire workout session; different genres fit different modes of training. (based on feedback I've received over past year!)
2. 60-minute 'tried & tested' fitness protocol consisting of HIIT, dynamic warm-ups, dumbbell/Kettlebell training, yoga, mobility training, Andy circuit training.(based on feedback! This is our trademark)
3. Training for all levels (We modify and differentiate exercises with more precision to leave everyone feeling accomplished after each session!)
4. Motivational, experienced, & knowledgeable trainers (I will have honed my craft as a trainer and have an awesome new assistant!)
5. Ambience will be quite different than before! We've taken our time to make you feel like your in a fitness studio.
This is our only Bootcamp until the new year and we can ONLY take 15 participants. The main reason is to put focus on 15 ladies achieving their health/fitness goals during the winter months. The Saturday session becomes an 'accountabiity session'. We will take measurements from day 1 and re-test at the end.

The Winter Bootcamp dates are as follows:
Session #1 - November 12th
Session #2 - November 19th
Session #3 - December 3rd
Session #4 - December 10th
Session #5 - December 17th
