Join Us for the Winter Advent Light Spiral!

You’re warmly invited to join us for one of my favorite traditions of the year: the Winter Light Spiral. It’s a simple, beautiful gathering with carol singing and candleligh that offers a pause from the busyness of the season, a chance to be still, to reconnect with something quiet and true.

At the centre of this event is the spiral of light. Walking it is a gentle, inward journey. Each of us begins with an unlit candle and slowly follows the evergreen path toward the centre, a place that symbolizes our inner stillness and the spark of light we each carry within us.

When we reach the centre, we light our candle from the single flame there, then make our way back out, placing our light along the path. Bit by bit, the spiral begins to glow. It’s a powerful reminder that even the smallest light , your light, helps brighten the way for everyone.

This is a quiet, nurturing experience meant for children and adults alike. It offers:

A moment of peace in a full season
A chance to turn inward with intention and warmth

A shared ritual and celebration that brings us closer to one another
