  • DATES: MONDAY  - Feb 13, 2017 - SUNDAY -  Mar 5, 2017

  •  I'm HAVING a challenge for accountability and hope you'll join me!! 
    It is said that it takes 21 days to create a new habit- so this is a 21 day challenge. 

    RULES 

    1. You Exercise 3-4 days a week. 

    If you are not taking a class or doing a home DVD workout program , you should aim to do /a couple of resistance days and a couple of cardio days. 

    2. You EAT CLEAN six times a week. YOU GET ONE CHEAT MEAL PER WEEK, NOT a CHEAT DAY.

    3. No additional cheat snacks. ONE CHEAT MEAL PER WEEK. 

    ALCOHOL DURING CHEAT MEAL ONLY. 

    4. Social support is a very important part of the fat loss equation- feel free to post comments, questions, struggles, triumphs in the Facebook page I'll set up.  It will be helpful to others! We're in this together! 

    5. Take measurements and a "before" picture". You don't have to post them but they are helpful as you see progress! 

    THE PRIZE: A NEW FIT YOU! And a little gift bag of goodies for the finishers!  I'll be monitoring who is participating and appreciate the committed as they move on each week!

    EATING CLEAN DEFINED

    You eat 4 to 6 small meals per day, ideally breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. That means that you are eating every 2 to 3 hours.Your body needs to be fueled. Eating only breakfast, lunch, and dinner is not okay. It is not about calorie restriction or deprivation.
