The National Housing Crisis has come to Forsyth County.
- Rent is too high and people are being forced out of their neighborhoods.
- Newly built housing is unaffordable for most people.
- Outside investors are reducing local housing options.
Housing that’s affordable is critical for our community’s future success. It’s time to band together to find innovative solutions.
Join us for a seven-part series to launch this critical work.
This session, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Housing 101, will kick off this seven-part, solutions-focused series.
Childcare and refreshments will be provided.

Folks for Good Housing is a group on a mission to get roofs over people’s heads here in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, now.
