About The Trainers

Derek Howard is a sales and marketing consultant, executive coach and a qualified accountant. He has 20+ years’ experience helping PwC partners and teams to build relationships, win business and grow key accounts, always with a focus on excellent client service and strong commercial results. Derek has developed and delivered training courses and coaching throughout Europe on all aspects of selling, pitching, fee negotiation, relationship building, networking and key account management

Niamh O’Connor has developed courses internationally on digital marketing, customer feedback, personal brand and competitive tendering. She specialises in using great marketing and customer feedback to drive sales. As Group Sales Team Director with Cpl, Ireland’s largest recruitment agency, she is responsible for sales strategy development and implementation. Niamh is also responsible for developing and overseeing the Group’s proposal support function. She introduced PwC Ireland’s first online customer feedback programme, led the implementation of their digital marketing strategy and worked with some of PwC’s most experienced partners on several large change programmes.
