When registering to attend, you will have three ticket options, depending on which location you will attend. Please choose the ticket option that corresponds with the location.

CLE Credit: CLE credit will be submitted for the attendees of this seminar. Attendance and CLE credit are reported to the Bar after the seminar. CLE fees ($5 per CLE hour) for any hours claimed must be paid directly to the State Bar by attendees. Georgia CLE rules are available here.

Presentation Materials: A working agenda and substantive materials will be made available the week prior to the training. You must print or download materials for use at the training; materials will not be provided to you at the training.

Reimbursement (GPDC Employees): You must be registered for the conference to be eligible for reimbursement. GPDC will only reimburse state employees for travel and meals at the per diem rate through the Concur system. No reimbursement will be made for meals provided at the conference. If you have questions about using the Concur website, please email Laurie Olney, the Fiscal Director, at lolney@gapubdef.org.

For state-paid personnel, travel by state government vehicle is required when there is a government vehicle available. If no government vehicle is available, a rental car must be used when it is the most economical form of transportation. See State Travel Regulation 2.3. There are two authorized state vendors for rental cars accessible through the Concur System: Enterprise and Hertz.

County employees must seek reimbursement from the respective county.

All requests for reimbursement must be received by November 30, 2017.

Reimbursement (Appellate Contractor Attorneys): Appellate contract attorneys may seek reimbursement for permissible meals and travel expenses by following standard procedures for reimbursement by submitting the request to the Appellate Division.

If you have any questions regarding reimbursement, please contact the Appellate Division. All requests for reimbursement must be received by November 30, 2017.

Reimbursement (Conflict Contractor Attorneys): Conflict contractor attorney attendees may seek reimbursement for permissible meals and travel expenses through the Conflicts Division of GPDC via email per the customary procedures used for invoices.

If you have any questions regarding reimbursement, please contact the Conflict Division. All requests for reimbursement must be received by November 30, 2017.
