The concept of consumer value is at the heart of marketing, and indeed is the basis for winning customers. But keeping customers goes beyond basic value, relying instead on satisfaction and perhaps even delight.

The purpose of this keynote is to explore the notions of winning and keeping customers by illuminating the concepts of consumer value, satisfaction, and delight.
