The first annual WINE WOMEN conference will leave attendees feeling they’re on top of the world! Woot!
How? Each session has been carefully designed to develop, train, and reinforce key career soft skills, accelerating your learning results.
- Become more valuable to your employer and clients by putting these skills to immediate use.
- Feel empowered by your newfound understanding, empathy and authority, which enriches both your personal and professional life.
Facilitated by the talented, and highly effective, corporate training team from G3Sonoma, expect a day of engaging and thought-provoking interactive sessions that allow all attendees an opportunity to learn and grow!
Each of the 5 conference sessions provide hands-on opportunities to stretch and master different skills. By the end of the day you’ll meet most participants and have an opportunity to work with them on the conference session lessons.
Lunch, wine and afternoon nibbles are included and will be provided by our major events sponsor, Boisset Collection.

Find us in the winery’s Tool Museum (featured in the Champagne House) and join us for a morning cup of coffee or tea. Get situated and make new friends as the day begins.

Meet Piper, Michelle and Melissa, and they know the power of living purpose-driven lives. Their goal is to create opportunities for others to leverage their best to find their own power and authentic purpose. Their programs encompass business, personal growth, health and wellbeing, and they take full advantage of the bounty Sonoma offers to deliver unique and engaging experiences. They each bring a little something different to the team, but they attribute their success to the magic that is created by combining their very different strengths with their own very similar values and ideals. They are proud of their partnership and true friendship that fuels their work every day.
G3 Sonoma began in 2014 to provide a forum for women to gather in authentic community, grow through shared experience and self-reflection, and go forth empowered and encouraged to lead a fulfilled life. They’ve hosted eight women’s conferences, a women’s retreat, monthly Speaker Series, and multiple G3 Girls events. They still love empowering women and girls, but they also love what happens when these same basic principles are applied in a corporate setting to inspire and engage individuals and teams to perform at their highest level.
