Join us for an evening of Chef Beni Velazquez' inspired Latin Fusion cuisine paired with fine wines based on the Pinot Noir grape. Each pairing carefully constructed to enhance your dining experience. Each course will be presented by Chef Beni and Sommelier Max Saleme.

Chef’s selection of Spanish artisan cheeses featuring goat, cow & sheep’s milk,

accompanied by citrus marinated olives & Spanish quince jelly

Wine: 2009 Bjornstad “Hellenthal Vineyard” Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
