This course is designed for those who have never made wine before with basic content that is easy to understand. For those who have made wine before, it is a great refresher course and an opportunity to ask questions from 2 wine growers & wine makers! By the end of this day you will use the instructions recieved to, as a group, set up 5 gallons of fruit wine for fermentation. You will also have opportunity for a FREE wine flight tasting at Canadian River Winery after the class.
