About Heather:

Heather Keith is the founder of Keith Family Law, a boutique firm in Westfield, New Jersey specializing in divorce and family law with a special emphasis on out-of-court negotiations and Collaborative Divorce Law. Heather graduated with a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and has been practicing matrimonial law exclusively for the last ten years. She is the author of numerous articles relating to custody, alimony and child support, and interdisciplinary Collaborative Law. She is dedicated to offering her clients alternatives to litigation and to forming viable post-separation family structures with a focus on family and children, and reshaping her clients’ post-divorce financial lives.

About Bruce:

Bruce Cohen is the founder of the Bruce David Cohen Law Firm and has practiced law in New York and New Jersey since 1983. He graduated from Haverford College with a degree in Philosophy, and attended Cardozo Law School in NYC. He has successfully lititgated many cases in New York, often concluding cases with New York and New Jersey's top law firms. Bruce has worked in real estate law, criminal defense, family law, trust and estates and small business law. Currently, he concentrates on collaborative divorce law-- a team approach, involving a therapist and financial nuetral to optimize the transition for the family or couple. He is one of the leading practioners of collaborative law in NJ and NY.
