Welcome back to EGF's flagship longsword and rapier tournament! We're pleased to have you return and to spend the weekend with us.

What's changed? Rapier and Dagger has been changed to Single Rapier as we have added a fourth, experimental, tournament. Keep tabs of all updates on our Facebook Page.

TRANSPARENCY NOTE FOR 2023: Due to the new Covid Policy aimed at helping mitigate virus transmission as best we can with the tools available to us, you will notice a $5 increase in your ticket cost this year. This is to help us purchase the quantities of rapid tests we have forecasted as needed to prevent participants and visitors from having to procure their own.

COVID POLICY:

The detailed Covid Policy can be found in a link below, but here are the main highlights:

• Vaccination is not required for this event.
• Masks are not required for this event, but those who wish to wear one are encouraged to.
• There will be universal testing for this event. You may either:

1. Take a proctored test on-site, the day of the event using an EGF-supplied rapid test.
2. Submit a negative rapid test photo with timestamp to captainegf@gmail.com no earlier than 24 hours before the start time of the day you choose to arrive.

Please note that EGF and this Event are also complying with local Sonoma County Covid guidelines. Such guidelines may change at a moment's notice.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. No refunds will be offered for this event except for those accepted through the terms detailed in the Covid Policy.

However, some or all of your order may be transferred to another person. Simply email "captainegf@gmail.com" with the transferee's name, club and tickets to be transferred.

FORMAT:

Pools and Finals will occur on the same day. Top 50% of fencers from pools will advance into finals.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

1. Upon arrival, all participants must report to the check-in station outside the gym in the main breezeway. If you are lost, there will be a roaming EGF greeter you may speak with.
2. Because of the 2023 Covid Policy, it is recommended you leave your gear in your car until registration is complete, just in case your Covid test comes back positive.
3. When you initially report to the check-in table, you will be given a Covid rapid test. When finished adding your sample, please return the test coupon to a check-in staff member who will then give you a numbered receipt. Please then start a 15-minute timer on your phone and return to the check-in table when it goes off.
4. Upon your return, if your test is POSITIVE, you will be asked to return home. A refund will be issued to you in accordance to our Covid Policy.
5. If your test is NEGATIVE, you will fill out a Covid Waiver and a EGF Waiver which will be kept together and you will receive a wristband. You may then return to your vehicle to retrieve your gear to set up in the gym. Please keep your wristband with you at all times as this is the only way we know you've been checked in.
6. IF YOU CHOSE TO SUBMIT A NEGATIVE TEST PHOTO: Please declare that information to the staff at the check-in table. Upon verification, you will proceed with filling out the Covid Waiver and the general EGF waiver and be given your wristband.

EGF thanks you for assisting us with our Covid Policy. It's been tough and it's just going to get tougher; but we hope with this method, we're able to reduce the number of cases transmitted at our event.
