About this event

Gain an insight into the recruitment process for a career at Windsor Police Service in both sworn constable and civilian roles.

Constable sessions will include an informative presentation on the role and recruitment process for Cadets/Constables with an overview of the role of Auxiliary and Special Constable as well as a Q&A period. This session also provides an opportunity for attendees to participate in the Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) test. Fitness appraisers will be present for guidance and tips. If you wish to participate in the PREP (you may attend the info session only) please dress accordingly and bring your own water.

Civilian sessions will include an informative presentation on the role and recruitment process for Emergency 911 Communicator with an overview of other civilian roles at WPS, as well as a Q&A period with current 911 Communicators and Human Resources Staff.

Information sessions for Constable and Civilian roles will run simultaneously but feel free to sign up for 2 sessions to learn about both.

This is a free event however space is limited for each session, so please register ahead of time. You will also be required to confirm your attendance via a follow up email.
