Windhorse Farm Stillness Retreat
Event Information
About this Event
Join Kristin Vokes and Ashley Boone for two nights at beautiful and historic Windhorse Farm.
During your all-inclusive stay with us, you'll explore what it means to be still, be silent, be present, and explore. Immersed in nature, we have access to a private lodge, hiking trails, sauna, healthy meals, and silent spaces. We will begin each day with meditation and movement, followed by group and solo activities. All meals will be expertly prepared as vegan and gluten free.
Everything planned for the weekend will revolve around disconnecting from the busy-ness of day-to-day living so we may reconnect with ourselves, eachother, and the environment supporting us. Expect moments of nurturing solitude, deep connection to the natural world, and new friendships.
