As the seasons continue to turn, let us gather in community to practice mindfulness for spring and summer with JOY, PLAY, and EXPLORATION.

About this event

What Is: Mindfulness invites you to join our three-part virtual workshop series, or participate as individual sessions, to experience mindfulness meditations in community. This series offers the opportunity to embody some of the themes of spring and summer. We will be tapping into JOY, PLAY, and EXPLORATION with mindfulness movement, time for reflection and sharing, and meditation.

No experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed; we welcome all to come as you are.

Our team will alternate taking the lead to facilitate the sessions as follows:

JOY -Friday May 20th, 6:30pm - 7:30pm EST, lead by Pamela Freeman

PLAY - Friday June 24th, 6:30pm - 7:30pm EST , lead by Beth Jellinek

EXPLORATION - July 29th, 6:30 - 7:30pm EST, lead by Shesheena Bray

To register for all three workshops, please select the 'three part series' option at either the full or reduced rate.

To register for one or two individual workshops, please select the specific theme ticket, at the rate that suits you.
