The Will Summit will highlight exceptional success stories through talks and panel discussions and will feature some of the most influential individuals shaping the global agenda for women.

This inaugural conference will celebrate Arab women’s achievements in business, entrepreneurship, politics, innovation, technology, art, education, and sport, and will highlight the challenges women face and the best practices to empowering women across these fields. The Summit will focus on how corporations, governments, and delegates can work together to generate awareness and action for the social, economic, and political empowerment of women.

The Will Summit is the first program under the Will Initiative in partnership with Vogue Arabia and the General Women’s Union, with the support of UN Women, and is supported by other progressive partners, including luxury brand Bulgari and beauty brand Neutrogena, who share a commitment to promoting female empowerment.

The summit will feature a special appearance from Her Excellency Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development for the United Arab Emirates, and will play host to a series of speakers from across the Arab world who will partake in panel discussions.

The topics include She Works, which will feature Ingie Chalhoub, She Innovates, exploring how women are shaping the future, with key insights from Alcazar Energy’s co-founder Adriana Guerrero; She Plays, with pioneering Saudi sportswomen Aseel Alhamad and Halah Alhamrani; and She Impacts, a celebration of female-led social impact with a special contribution from HRH Princess Basma bint Majid bin Abdul-Aziz AlSaud.
