Join UF IFAS Extension Pinellas and Polk Counties to celebrate wildlife on Wednesdays this Summer!

Each webinar, 45 minutes in length, will share information wildlife found in Central Florida. Wildlife Wednesday webinars will highlight some frequently encountered wildlife, ways to identify these different species, and discuss their role and importance in Florida ecosystems.

Join Lara Milligan and Shannon Carnevale for a free lunch-time webinar on the third Wednesday of every month (June - November). Topics will include:

  • June: The Buzz on Florida’s Pollinators
  • July: Florida’s Owls - Whoo Is Making That Sound? (Second Wednesday in July! Not Third!)
  • August: Florida’s Small But Significant Songbirds
  • September: Commonly Encountered Ducks of Florida
  • October: This-or-That? Florida’s Birds
  • November: This-or-That? Florida’s Wildlife
