Something may be coming to a tree near you... Ash trees dying in your backyard? Curious about recent developments in the world of invasive species? Want to learn more about identification and management of emerging insect and plant pests of trees? Get answers to these and other forestry pest-related questions at this invasive species workshop! Erika Lyon, of OSU Extension in Jefferson & Harrison counties will be covering the identification, life cycle, ecology, and possible control options for insects such as: spotted lanternfly, Asian longhorned beetle, hemlock wooly adelgid, walnut twig beetle, gypsy moth, and the EMERALD ASH BORER.
