Join us for a multi-course, family style dinner as we host Jimmy and Eddie Russell, the father and son, master distiller team for Wild Turkey Distillery and Anderson Valley Brewing Company, an American craft beer pioneer.

Dubbed as the "Buddha of Bourbon", Jimmy is the longest tenured, active spirits Master Distiller in the world. His career spans 60 years and is responsible for launching new brands and expressions for Wild Turkey such as Tradition, Tribute, 17-year-old Wild Turkey for Japan, Rare Breed, American Spirit, Kentucky Spirit and Russell’s Reserve. Eddie, who co-created Russell's Reserve, has been with Wild Turkey for over 30 years making the Russell pedigree unmatched in the Bourbon Industry. He joined his father in the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame in 2010 and was named Wild Turkey Master Distiller in 2015. We couldn't be more honored to have these American Whiskey legends at Hog & Rocks for one special night.

Six years ago, an exclusive partnership was made between Wild Turkey and Anderson Valley Brewing Company. This collaboration has given AVBC a consistent source of barrels, allowing their brewers to create world-class, barrel-aged beers with a distinctive bourbon character. These beers will form the base of syrups and jams to create original twists on classic whiskey drinks. We will also be offering pours to get a sense of how well aged bourbon barrel beers should taste. Trey White, owner and president, will be in attendence to discuss this collaboration and all other things Anderson Valley.

Our kitchen has developed a perfectly paired dinner that mixes in new fall ingredients. A dinner at Hog & Rocks would not be complete without oysters and ham, so expect the opening course of Oyster Ceviche and the main course Ham Wrapped Pork Loin (twice the pork, twice the fun!) will be worth the price of admission.

Charred Octopus

Butter beans, pickled padron, early girl tomato curry sauce, herbs

Figs & Duck

Black mission figs, duck prosciutto, point reyes bay blue, walnut breadcrumb, greens

Pairing: Wild Turkey 101 Old Fashioned with Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Stout Beer Syrup

Course 4

Ham Wrapped Pork Loin

Pumpkin, smoked onions, apple, frisee

Pairing: Wild Turkey 101 Rye Manhatten with Anderson Valley Huge Arker Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout Jam

Course 5

Beer & Shot Donut

IPA glazed beer donut, whiskey cream filling

Pairing: Russell's Reserve 6 Year Old Rye served neat

Can you accommodate for those with dietary restrictions?

Yes. Please let us know well in advance so the kitchen can prepare accordingly.


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. All dinner guests must be 21 years old or older.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We encourage you to hire a taxi or use ride sharing if traveling from a far distance. Walking is good too!
