The Wild Things Conference is a Chicago-area gathering of nature lovers, volunteer and professional conservationists, and environmental activists. The bi-annual conference features presenters on wide ranging topics from ecological restoration, citizen science, and conservation research to nature arts and advocacy.
Monarchs, peregrines, coyotes, and otters; wildflowers, mosses, and trees; prescribed burns, environmental justice, and community stewardship are just a few of the 107 presentation and poster session topics to choose from at the Wild Things conference. Don't miss this inspiring opportunity to meet fellow nature lovers and learn about Chicagoland natural areas and conservation efforts!
Doors open at 8am. The conference begins with a keynote speech at 9am and ends with a Happy Hour Poster Session from 5-6pm.
