Do you love foraging for mushrooms? Step it up a bit with Gil Schwartz, owner and master forager for Seasonally Sourced LLC in Ashland, Wisconsin. This is a hands on class that teaches you to identify, sustainably harvest, and prepare Wild Parsnip, Cattail Rhizomes, Evening Primrose, first year Dandelion & Thistle root. Gil will also share with you, a wild root chai made from Burdock, Chickory and wild harvested Ginger.
