Wild foods of Post Hill: Recent mild conditions are proving fruitful for a range of wild foods - over 30 species are currently springing up around Post Hill. On this course you'll learn how to safely identify, mindfully harvest, cook and preserve wild edible plants, including, foliage, roots, seeds and flowers. On the day we'll collect a range of wild edibles and incorporate them into a wild herb and smoked fish Miso Soup and wild spring salad (miso/dashi stock will be made beforehand using my dried foraged seaweeds). Wild spiced cakes and drinks refreshments are also included. Adults £30. 16 - 8 years £7.50. Under 8's Free. If unwaged please contact to discuss either a donation or skills swap.

Courses include; wild edible plants, fungi and seaweed, cheese making, fermentation, wild booze, wine making, wild food dining events and talks.
