About this event
The micro biome and the beneficial bacteria in your body are responsible for nutrient absorption, serotonin production, and proper assimilation. Come learn how to create ferments in your own home. This class will cover lacto-fermentation of vegetables and fruits, kefir, kombucha, and mead making. We will incorporate medicinal herbs and wild foods into our ferments to create wild probiotic, medicinal superfoods.
