The Williamson County Institute for Excellence in Nonprofits presents this amazing Breakfast workshop for Executive Directors, Board Members, HR Directors, Volunteer Coordinators, and other senior leaders in your nonprofit organization.

How to Create a Culture to Attract and Retain High Performing Employees and Volunteers

The key to success in recruiting and retaining high performing employees and volunteers is to create a workplace culture where people feel valued and want to do their part to fulfill your mission. In this session, you will learn very specific, actionable steps that leaders in non-profit organizations can take to :

  • Identify employees and volunteers who are committed to your mission and values
  • Engage new employees with an on-boarding process that creates strong, immediate connections
  • Find out what is really important to your people by using five evidence-based “Rounding for Outcomes” questions
  • Intentionally engage and re-recruit your high performers
  • Identify your low performers and create an environment that encourages them to change

The workshop is presented by Hugh Brown, CEO of St. David’s Georgetown Hospital (Part of St. David’s Healthcare, 2014 Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award Winner) from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
