WiGPA Funding Information Network (FIN) Tour & Hands-on Funding Search Demo
Gain access to information about foundations, corporate givers, public charities, scholarships, fellowships, grants, and awards close to home! Lawrence University’s (Appleton) Mudd Library is one of five Funding Information Network (FIN) partners of the Foundation Center in Wisconsin. The partnership provides the public access to subscription-only databases for grant seekers at no charge while utilizing computers inside the Mudd Library.
Foundation Directory Online offers timely, comprehensive information on grantmakers and their grants. Included is a database of over 108,000 foundations, corporate giving programs, and grantmaking public charities in the U.S., plus a growing number of non-U.S. grantmakers from around the world; a database of over 4,000 sponsoring companies; a database of over 3 million recently awarded grants; and a keyword-searchable database of over 1 million recently filed IRS Forms 990 and 990-PF.
Foundation Grants to Individuals is the premier funding research tool for finding foundations that provide financial support for individual grantseekers (i.e. scholarships, student loans, fellowships, internships, professorships, etc.)
Foundation Maps is a data visualization tool used to see who is funding what and where around the world from 2006 to present.
